The iPhone 6 Plus sports a 5.5 inch Retina HD display screen (1920 x 1080 pixels) and is powered by a new Apple A8 processor. The Lumia 1520 has a 6-inch (1920 × 1080 pixels) capacitive touch screen ClearBlack display with Gorilla Glass 2 protection. It is powered by 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. The iPhone 6 Plus runs on iOS 8 while the Lumia 1520 was launched running Windows Phone 8 and it got updated to Windows Phone 8.1 later.
